We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics and posters for a variety of media. As a Graphic Designer you will be conceptualising requirements, and creating graphics including illustrations,posters, logos, layouts, ,buntings, tshirt. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be shaping the visual aspects of the website, promotions and events. You need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Require to communicate well with teammates. Responsibilities Establish good creative direction syncing with brand. Create and design varies materials for digital and print collateral Study design briefs and determine requirements Must be able to meet dateline. Conceptualise visuals based on requirements Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software Consistent on creating visual based on visual brand guidelines Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Visual A/B testing to support the performance of each channels Requirements Proven graphic designing experience min 2 - 4 years A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustration) Minimal video editing experience with Adobe Animate and After Effects is required Experience in designing ads materials for various platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads) Video, Motion, and 3D skills is a plus Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
