Able to work independently for sub-sale loan / SPA documentation independently.
With at least 2 years and above experiences in sub-sale conveyancing files.
Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Register of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.

Requirements:

With at least 2 years portfolio in Conveyancing Sub-sales file.
Familiar with Loan Documentation for our panel bank such as CIMB, PBB, UOB, RHB, OCBC etc.
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu languages (Mandarin will be an extra advantage).
Have a good attitude and accountability towards the position.
Able to complete all the tasks in the given timeline with the minimum supervision.

Salary: From RM4,500.00 per month
