Position Title JS Business Development Manager

\xe3\x83\xbbReporting to Malaysia Chief Representative and lead day-to-day branch operations for
Industrial & Infrastructure and Defense & Aerospace business domains.

\xe3\x83\xbbLeading country high-level strategy development, establish vision & strategy for the
business segment, and demonstrate cross-functional leadership to define and execute the
vision and strategy in Malaysia (including market analysis, material development, and
presentation).

\xe3\x83\xbbSpearheading for CRM, maintaining strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders
across the broad spectrum including at C-suite level of conglomerates and Government
Linked Companies.

\xe3\x83\xbbDirecting market analysis and identify gaps and niches and turn into new business
opportunities. This involves continual business prospecting, bidding, and maintaining high
volume pipeline management.

\xe3\x83\xbbManage and mentor high performance team of product experts, coordinate communication
between business units, agents and customers

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate with counterpart of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan in Japanese

\xe3\x83\xbbCommunicate with counterpart of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Asia Pacific in Singapore including reporting

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Has at least Engineer Bachelor\'s Degree
