Job Responsibilities :
Establish rapport with customers and provide product consultation and service to customers
Recommend/ promote Smartphone or IT Device / Laptop & others Accessories products according to customer's need to achieve sell out target.
Keep good working relationship with Store managers, Assistant manager and others staff.
Ensure clean display areas, maintain retail store and brand image according to the guideline.
Understand & execute retail promotions/activities and achieve sell out target with the team.
Ensure product & selling skill training and examination attendance to enhance business capability.
Gather competitor retail information and report.
Follow in-store working guideline (SOP), submit report as per required timeline.
Work Hour and Salary Package:
Working 6 Days per week (1 Day OFF)
Working 9 Hours per day (1 Hour Lunch Break)
Basic + Allowance is available
KPI & Commission (Can earn up to 3 - 4.5K, if Hardworking)
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. (**FRESH GRADUATE is Encourage to APPLY)
Experienced in Smartphone Device, Laptop/ Desktop & Consumer Electronic - TV will be added advantage
Able to Commit Retail Hour & Not Shy to Promote
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
Willing to work on retail hours, Weekend & Public Holidays
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
