Responsible for preparation of monthly report and other daily accounting functions.
To monitor cash positions of the companies, both daily and monthly. Eg: Bank Reconciliation, petty cash records and etc.
To monitor account payables, payments and stocks management.
Prepare voucher of miscellaneous receipts, general journal/sales related expenses.
To monitor staff claim and other expenses.
To ensure data and record are kept up to date.
Responsible for daily administrative works.
To liaise with suppliers, bankers, auditors, company secretary, LHDN and other related service providers for arrangements and administration.
Job Requirements :
Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
Required skill: MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, accounting software, etc.
Ability to work independently, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Possess with own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya.
Candidate with service/health industry experience will be an added advantage.
Able to handle full set of accounts and tax.
