Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic
Accounts Payable
and
Accounts Receivable
functions such as data entry, invoice verification, payment processing, and follow-up on collections.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers to address inquiries and maintain accurate transaction records.
Help in preparing simple financial reports and summaries as needed.
Support month-end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and data entry tasks.
Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM
, with
Diploma in Accounting
,
LCCI
, or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years
of relevant working experience in an accounting or administrative support role.
Basic knowledge of
accounting software
(e.g.,
SQL
,
AutoCount
, etc.) and proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
