RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible to ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Sort out and check duty flow with supporting documents before generating billing/invoicing using the SQL system including any return of cash or credit card payment.
  • Create quotations for PO requests.
  • To send SOA to clients and follow up with calls and emails in the event of an overdue outstanding balance.
  • Prepare payment vouchers for petty cash or MDeC credit card top-up.
  • Check online banking from time to time to record clients\xe2\x80\x99 payments without payment advice.
  • Prepare cash and payment vouchers. To reconcile MBB credit card statements.
  • To assist Consultants as and when required.
  • Any other administrative tasks including filing.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum diploma in accounting, administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum one(1) year of Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferable knowledge of SQL system
  • Good command of English with written and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Pleasant personality
  • A highly energetic individual who is able to multitask in a given role
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • TTDI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • account: 2 years (Preferred)
