• You are required to process employee\'s payroll, which is including of data collection for payroll calculation.
• Ensuring accurate salary and timely payments, calculating overtime earnings, and updating employee hiring or termination on the payroll system.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters, maintaining confidentiality.
• Prepare the payroll Journal entries and reconciliation.
• Providing guidelines to supervisors and employees using PPT and video.
• To maintain an online form for payroll and statutory updates.
• To perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties assigned by the management sometimes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Hardworking and possess a positive working attitude.
• Must be dedicated and committed to the task given.
• Required skills: MS Office
