JOB DESCRIPTION



Account Receivable (AR)

Execute daily sales report. Accurately record all receivable invoices and transactions. Maintain and update customer account details and credit limits. Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. Prepare AR aging reports and monitor collection performance.
Account Payable (AP)

Match goods received notes (GRN), purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delivery order (DO) before posting. Maintain proper records of all AP transactions and supporting documents. Coordinate with suppliers and Logistic Department to resolve any discrepancies in shipping or purchasing invoices. Prepare and schedule supplier payments according to terms. Review, verify, and process expenses and staff claim on weekly basis. Process payroll promptly not later than 07th for each of the following month.
Reconciliation

Perform month-end reconciliation of petty cash, bank and supplier. Ensure all bills, invoices, credit note, debit note and other related supporting documents of the month have been received and recorded accurately in system. Review and maintain every financial transaction recorded in SQL to enhance accuracy.
Administrative Task

Perform proper filing and labelling for every document to fulfill the regulatory compliance. Maintain a systematic and up-to-date hardcopy filing system.
