Provide general administrative and clerical support to office and project teams
Prepare and organize documents, reports, purchase orders, and filing systems
Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining office inventory
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments when required
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by management
What we're looking for
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)
