Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Understand details of Warehouse Management System, present functionalities to customers and internal users. Involve and lead the overall project implementation, from project design, configuration, test, go-live and customer support. Support sales team to configure and present WMS solution. Configure the system to cater to customer requirements, including system flow, reporting, integration, data importing, etc. Learning new features and providing training to customers. Communicating with the product and technical team for issues resolution. Develop and maintain documents, involved in project management works.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree / equivalent, or High school diploma with software programming experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Fluent English and Chinese read/write/speak capability. Good presentation and communication skill. Proactive, aggressive, optimistic, patient, cooperative, endurable and willing to take responsibility. Willing to travel and work on project abroad. In-depth knowledge of software system, such as ERP, CRM, WMS, etc. Experience in Java scripts, Java, databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
