Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Junior Architect
to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong design skills and proficiency in BIM workflows (preferred). You will support the architectural team in design development, technical documentation, coordination, and project delivery.Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings and design documentation (Concept, Schematic, Submission & Construction Drawings). Assist in preparing 3D models, visualizations, rendered views, and presentation materials. Participate in site visits, inspections, and prepare site-related reports when required. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements. Maintain well-organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent (Part 1 or Part 2). Proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
(preferred) and Adobe softwares. Ability to produce quality 3D rendered views (D5 / Lumion / Enscape
is required). Strong understanding of architectural detailing and basic construction knowledge. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Minimum2 years experience as Assistant Architect
or1 year experience as Graduate Architect

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
