Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities
Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPI's
Actively promote all marketing campaigns
Oversee Outlet Manning, control labor and cost of goods across the region
Train, mentor and coach store managers & assist with their career growth.
Leading US Pizza customer experience throughout all stores.
Audit for equipment, supplies and materials
Requirements
Have min 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Prior experience in managing a cluster/ area of
F&B
outlets is essential.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English.
Must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the events
Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations records
Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers
Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
