We Are Social is looking for a creative, talented individual to join our creative team as a Junior Art Director. Youll be able to get ideas ready to sell to the client. Youll be able to craft the idea to make it sing. And youll be hungry to win major awards to help make the agency and yourselves famous.

What you will be doing?

• Provide creative and strong visual appreciation, including but not limited to visual editing, photography and graphic design;
• Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements of a project are aligned with the client's needs in a timely manner;
• Have a strong sense of aesthetics and ability to conceptualize layouts for creative presentation
• Work closely with Senior Art Director in developing the art direction, creative idea and execution
• Continually explore the new trend in creative, design and digital marketing
• Editing content based on the feedback of stakeholders

Requirements

What you should have

• An exciting portfolio in design, layouts, art direction, and style.
• An excellent knowledge of social platforms, industry innovations and trends, FB, IG, YT, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc...
• Expertise across the Adobe Creative Suit

Our ideal candidate should also have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in Graphic / Multimedia / Creative Media or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• English and Chinese proficiency
