Assist with company events, hotel projects, and unit setups
Coordinate logistics (venue, vendors, catering, transport - if any )
Prepare documents, event kits & registration forms
Liaise and follow up with clients, suppliers & internal teams
Track inventory & supplies
Handle basic admin tasks and site visits
Support post-event feedback and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Business Admin, or related
Experience/internship in events or admin preferred - min. 3 years' experience.
Strong organization & communication skills
Able to multitask & work under pressure
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to work flexible hours (incl. weekends)

Able to work independently & adapt to changes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
