About the role As a B2B Content Development Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our content strategy, creating compelling narratives, and delivering high-quality content that resonates with our B2B audience. Your key responsibilities Collaborate with the Growth team to develop a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company\'s business goals and target audience Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Produce engaging and informative B2B content, including news and press releases, social media content, email marketing content, infographics, product documentation, testimonials and reviews, and other marketing collateral Translate complex concepts related to EdTech into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives Develop a deep understanding of our B2B audience personas, tailoring content to address their pain points, challenges, and needs Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall business strategies Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather insights and technical information for accurate and impactful content creation Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive organic traffic Analyse content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to enhance future content strategies Ensure all content aligns with the company\'s brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging The ideal candidate Proven experience in B2B content writing, particularly within the technology, skill development, or startup industry Holds a Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail Strong research and analytical skills to create insightful, industry-relevant content Familiarity with SEO best practices and content marketing trends Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders Proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to suggest new ideas and approaches
