Able to speak in English
Diploma in culinary arts or patisserie is preferred, however we will be willing to train those with a passion for baking.
Willing to learn (there is no formal education required, just a desire to learn and be proud of what you are doing)
Work quickly (always strive to be faster and think of ways to improve what we do)

Tanggungjawab

Bake cakes (measure ingredients, mix them in sequence, bake within proper time and temperature)
Make frosting and ganache
Layer and decorate cakes using chocolate and piping works
Store cakes for next day delivery or further storage
Make prepared ingredients
Toast nuts
Make fruit mixtures

5 day working week (Mon - Fri)
Working hours 8am - 5pm. Additional work beyond these hours will be paid overtime.
