Prepare, mix, and bake doughs, batters, fillings, and other bakery ingredients according to production recipes and schedules.
Operate and maintain industrial bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofer cabinets, dividers, and sheeters.
Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, weight, and appearance.
Monitor production processes, adjust parameters as necessary, and report any deviations.
Adhere strictly to GMP, HACCP, and company food safety standards at all times.
Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, quantities, and production output.
Assist in raw material inventory checks, proper storage, and FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.
Identify production inefficiencies and recommend improvements to minimize waste and increase output.
Support cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas as per SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QC, QA, Warehouse) to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in bakery production, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial F&B setting.
Certification or diploma in Baking, Culinary Arts, or Food Technology.
Experience in high-volume production lines and automation equipment.
Knowledge of industrial bakery processes, large-scale production equipment, and bakery ingredients.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, GMP, and HACCP compliance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy ingredients or trays.
Attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork skills.
