To provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their banking needs and inquiries. To stay informed about our banking products and services, enabling you to guide customers effectively in choosing the right solutions for their financial goals.

Job Requirements



Open for candidates that have customer service experience only Minimum Diploma and Degree Fluent in English and Malay Languages Able to work in Banking System and Shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
