Job Description
Preparing food and beverages according to appropriate procedures Respond to orders, questions, and complaints from customers in a polite and efficient manner Handle cash and credit card payments with appropriate payment handling procedures Serve customers quickly and efficiently Proper care and routine maintenance of all tools and equipment. To maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
Job Requirement
Candidate may possess at least SPM level Preferably Entry Level specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent Ability to read and speak in Bahasa Melayu & English. Strong ability to multi-task Basic mathematical skills Strong customer service and communication skills Willing to work on shift including Public Holidays
