Implementation of brand plans which consist of activities, promotions, events and programs to achieve brand objectives.
Assist in managing brand and product development with global management to ensure local needs are optimized.
Ensure enforcement of brand standards in all aspects of brand communication and packaging to maintain consistency.
Monitoring and reviewing of brand plans and measures to be on track.
Ensure marketing activities (e.g. materials, tagline and others) between Singapore and Malaysia is aligned
Executing brand/product communication plans as set to achieve intended message to targeted audience.
Localize and adopt global version of Business Support Materials and retailing tools into local version with guidance to support ABOs in retailing.
Monitor and effective management of budget to ensure the company obtains the best value from marketing spending and to ensure brand promotions and projects are within budget.
To coordinate with Supply Chain Planning team to ensure sufficient stock level for monthly sales including promotions and preparing promotion forecast plan (PPF) to Global forecasting team.
Ensure brand activities adhere to internal and external legal obligations and social responsibilities.
Maintain relationship within department, inter-department, ABOs and customers to obtain support from
all parties to ensure smooth implementation of brand strategies.
Attending and providing support to ABO\'s business needs
Responsible for brand presentations to the management team when is required
Responsible for brand reports, proposals, post evaluation analysis and ensure all reports are submitted on time
Responsible to raise JIRA, PPIS, PPF and IR whenever is required.
Providing support in Hybris or system related testing whenever is required.
Operational:
Daily sales tracking
Answering ABO\'s phone and email inquiries
Attend to ABO\'s walk-in inquiries/complaints
Handle ABO\'s appeal and approval for product replacement/return
To handle Shops & RDCs inquiries and request
To work hand-in-hand with IT and Data Management team to ensure Hybris system and Amway.my are able support the promotion mechanic
To work hand-in-hand with Data Management team to ensure system is tested prior to promotion launch
To work hand-in-hand with Suppy Chain Inventory Planning to ensure stocks level is healthy and stocks are coming in on time
To work hand-in-hand with After-sales-service team regarding services on high ticket items to ensure we meet customers\' satisfaction
To work hand-in-hand with Customer Service team to ensure brand information is correctly conveyed to the ABOs and customers
To work hand-in-hand with Procurement team in premium sourcing to ensure we meet targeted ETA and allocated budget.
