Job Description

QA/QC Chemist Executive responsible to conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses for incoming chemicals and finished products. Assist R&D Chemist in developing products in lab scale for scale-up at the production plant and evaluate testing methods. Responsibilities

o

Serve as technical role for product management.

o

Conduct research, collect information and design the operation, parameters (temperature, time, speed of reaction, raw material) in lab scale.

o

Conduct product stability tests for finished products and daily Quality checking for incoming raw materials and finished products.

o

To perform Quality checking for in-process and advise production if there is any abnormalities.

o

Develop, improve and customize products formulas, processes and analytical methods.

o

Design and conduct testing in lab scale to make sure the properties and specifications of the studied product is comparable with in the market.

o

Compile and analyse test information to determine process and product operating efficiency and troubleshooting.

o

Provide data analysis, report and presentation to management.

o

Day to day activities in the lab, ordering of supplies, implementing standard operation procedures and maintaining lab safety.

o

Support sales team on technical related inquiry.

o

Supporting sales team by providing samples for customer evaluation.

o

Support production team to improvise process and to solve quality issues.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
