Your Role:
Represent clients professionally through face-to-face interactions at events, malls, and business areas Drive campaign success by consistently hitting personal and team KPIs Mentor and support new team members Provide feedback and contribute to campaign strategy Take the lead in field activity when required -- you're the one others look to
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, or fundraising Excellent communication and presentation skills High energy, confident, and goal-oriented Natural leadership qualities and team-first mindset Based in [City] and able to travel locally when needed
