Junior Customer Service 24/7 Shift - Mandarin Speaker (Malaysian)
We are looking for Malaysian candidates who can speak Mandarin to join our Customer Service team. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries through calls, chats, and emails in Mandarin.
Assist customers with questions related to products or services.
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements:
Malaysian citizen.
Proficient in Mandarin.
Basic English communication for internal use.
Willing to work on shift schedules (if needed).
