1.00pm - 11.00pm
10.00pm - 8.00am
Salary : RM 3,000 - RM 4,500 + Performance Bonus + Year End Bonus
Job description :
Response & follow up to customer inquiries through live chat and email.
Provide products information to customer.
Gather customer feedback & provide suggestions on improving customer service process & experience to superior.
Maintain positive, responsible, empathetic and professional attitude to manage customer satisfaction.
To follow the standard telephone scripts provided during dunning
Requirements :
SPM level & above, trilingual in English and Chinese (verbal, written & read).
Minimum 1 years working experiences in any customer service role.
Basic computer skill: Gsuite. Microsoft.
Own PC/Laptop with spec 8GB RAM above & I5 Core or AMD Ryzen 5 above with 80mbps internet speed for work.
