Coordinate flow of data which including customer's/clients' details, purchase order, invoices and etc.
Key in data into system with minimum human error.
Perform follow-up calls to individual customers and corporate clients to verify information.
Work closely with every department and provide support when necessary.
Inputting, organizing, and cataloging data
Responsible for performing quality control checks, Identifying job problems, and ensuring that job orders are completed according to schedule
Process documents and verify the accuracy of client's information
Include parts of the customer service, calling clients to check the information in the databases, spreadsheets and documents
Communicate with vendors to ensure the smoothness of the entire process
