-Create new design and new product for customer view.
-Ensure the new design meet customer expectation on all expect such as Color, Punched, rand, PTV, surface design and feel.
-To carry out product color and the design matching for next production batch.
-To ensure the product color and the design meet master sample.
-To discuss with QC, Technical and production team to meet every product requirement.
-To ensure only master sample or prototype sample that have been signed off been refer.
-To ensure next product parameter is confirmed and accepted by QC 12 hours before production.
The 4 hors before production re-test should consist of all faces or at least 6 faces if the number of faces if the number of faces too many.
-To upload the confirmed accepted file into inkjet printing machine.
-To lead a group of NPD testing team to carry out a new product or next product testing.
-To report to Head of New Development (NPD) team.
