Job Description

Responsibility
Plan, develop, execute and coordinate advertising/ marketing strategies and campaigns for company's branding and store at market places and social media platform.
Research and analyze on market trends, consumer market and competitor performance.
Manage Company's social media accounts to generate leads and grow Company branding.
Conduct data analysis, identify meaningful metrics and interpret success metrics to deliver data driven market insights/ recommendations.
Ensure online advertising/marketing campaigns are effectively optimized within the budget and timeframe.
Provide regular internal report and analysis to ensure marketing strategies is up to date.
Work closely within Marketing team in developing branding materials, campaign concepts and marketing collaterals to support the company's overall marketing plan and objectives.
Any other ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/ Media, Psychology, Business Studies, E-commerce or equivalent.
Preferably 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Good understanding about e-commerce industry and consumer behavior.
Knowledgeable on how market places (i.e. Lazada and Shopee) work and ability to analyze its metrics.
Proficiency in Analytics Tools and Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiar with Digital Marketing tools/ metrics (e.g. SEM, SEO and Social Media Marketing).
Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Highly independent, resourceful and self-motivated.
Effective communication skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills.
Multilingual and proficiency in photo editing software will be an added advantage.
