Junior Digital Marketing Specialist

who can take ownership of our digital channels and drive measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone with some hands-on experience in performance marketing, who enjoys combining

creativity, data, and strategy

to grow an exciting fashion brand.

What You'll Do

Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance channels to drive sales and lead generation. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad visuals, copy, and content aligned with Umbi's brand voice. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and market analysis to refine campaigns and improve ROI. Explore and test new platforms, trends, and marketing tools to expand brand reach. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute and optimize digital initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with exposure to eCommerce or fashion. Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, with basic understanding of SEO/SEM and email marketing. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus). Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools is an advantage. A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who can balance creativity with performance.
