The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced or online business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & E-commerce Support
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website).
Able to coordinate responses and constantly keep FAQs updated
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service professionalism.
Handle and manage reviews on eCommerce platforms
Job Requirements and Desired Skillsets
6 Days Work , Working Hour : 10a.m. to 6.30p.m.
18 years old above
Malaysia Citizen
Comfortable and confident to communicate with all types of customers and partners
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Strong drive to solve customer queries quickly and effectively
Resourceful and able to find answers and work independently
