Overview

We're hiring a

Junior E-commerce Executive

to support the daily operations of our online platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our official website.

This role is ideal for fresh grads or junior-level candidates passionate about e-commerce, digital platforms, and livestream selling. You'll work closely with various teams like Brand & Marketing, Online Warehouse, Creative, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth operations, support livestream sessions, and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. E-commerce Operations

Assist in managing daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, PGMall, and brand website). Monitor and achieve online sales targets by platform. Support product uploads, price updates, stock availability, and SKU maintenance. Maintain accurate product pricing and inventory levels across platforms

2. Campaign & Promotion Support

Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and promotions on marketplaces. Coordinate with Brand & Marketing & Creatives teams for campaign assets(e.g. banner visuals, copywriting and other campaign creatives) and timelines. Support during major sales events (e.g. double-digit sales, payday campaigns). Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to align monthly storewide online campaigns with offline marketing activities for consistent brand messaging.

3. Livestream Support & Management

Assist in the setup, coordination, and execution of livestream sessions (TikTok Live & FB/IG Live). Support livestream preparation including product arrangement, talking points, vouchers, and promotions. Coordinate with live hosts, creatives, and online warehouse teams to ensure smooth livestream flow. Assist with post-livestream reporting and basic performance tracking.

4. Customer Service & After-Sales Support

Assist in handling customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms (chat, comments, messages). Support customer requests related to orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges. Coordinate with the online warehouse team to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure proper documentation and follow-up for return & refund cases.

5. Order & Fulfilment Coordination

Monitor daily orders and liaise with the Online Warehouse team for timely fulfilment. Support fulfilment accuracy and assist in resolving order discrepancies.

6. Reporting & Admin Support

Assist in preparing sales reports, campaign tracking, and performance summaries. Support data updates and documentation for internal reference.

Requirements

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in E-commerce / Digital Marketing / Marketing / Business / Mass Communication or any relevant field. Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or online marketplaces and live selling is an advantage. Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly. Interest in e-commerce and the pet industry is a plus.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
