Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, calibration, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of medical equipment. Provide technical and application support to customers, including troubleshooting and on-site service. Conduct product training, demonstrations, and user support for clinicians and hospital staff. Assist in product evaluations and workshops, where required. Ensure all service activities, reports, and documentation meet company standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline. Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in medical equipment servicing, application support, or related technical field. Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Responsible, reliable, hardworking, and proactive in carrying out assigned duties. Willing to travel locally and outstation for service assignments and training. Possession of a valid driving license and vehicle.
