Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals (HCPs).
Present and promote medical devices focused on sleep and respiratory care.
Provide product training, usage guidance, and application support to customers.
Resolve and respond customers' inquiries and questions promptly.
Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Attend and support medical events, workshops, CMEs, and symposiums.
Share market insights, competitor intelligence, and field feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize and improve sales performance.
Maintain detailed reports on sales activities and customer engagement.
Entry Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in the medical or healthcare industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation skills, organised and able to multitask.
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a plus.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia.
Willing to work flexible hours when required.
Trainings will be provided for all successful candidates.
