Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service and repair medical devices
Carry out machine delivery and on-site commissioning
Develop good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance
Perform periodic maintenance for medical device
Respond to service call and minimise the down time of medical device
Work on any ad-hoc matters
