Job Description
:
Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Work closely with engineers to plan and improve production efficiency, costs, and manpower. Identify and troubleshoot production line issues, and provide solutions and training when needed. Stay updated with engineering and production advancements and share relevant knowledge with the team. Identify, document, and report unsafe practices in the workplace. Analyze production processes and recommend improvements for quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
Able to speak Japanese fluently (mandatory). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
