Job Description

s: -

- Able to handle projects well and disciplined.

- Oversee, coordinate, monitor and manage on-schedule completion in accordance with contractual obligations.

- Oversee the approved of work scopes, review drawings against actual site, coordinate and clarify with designer.

- Responsible on all project executions to ensure smooth progress and achieve target date of completion.

- Manage project costing and complete the project within the budget.

- Daily monitoring of site progresses and able to resolve issues project.

- Compile EOT claim based on project.

- Preparation of weekly, monthly report, work program, progress claim verification from contractor/supplier and other documentation consolidation like handover acknowledgement form and defect forms.

- Liaise with sub-contractor, client and to coordinate site meeting with sub-contractor and internal staff meeting or discussion.

- Able to read Interim Payment Certificate.

- Preparation of post-mortem report for each project.

- Undertake other assigned tasks as required by Superior.

- Work with the project director to create detailed timelines.

Requirements: -

- At least Diploma or Bachelor in Civil engineering or others engineering.

- At least 0-1 years' experience. Fresh graduate encourages to apply.

- Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Willing to travel in or outside Klang valley.

- Must have motor or car license.

- Good communication skills.

- Knowledgeable in IT such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project software etc.
