Role Overview:

The Junior Executive Account will manage comprehensive accounting functions, including daily transactions, financial reporting and compliance. This role requires proficiency in accounting software, a solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Accounting and Transactions:

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions and maintenance of financial records.

Journals and Sub-Ledgers:

Prepare and post journal entries, manage the fixed asset register and maintain sub-ledgers.

Reconciliation:

Compile and perform reconciliations for bank accounts, creditors and inter-company transactions.

Compliance and Audit Support:

Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures, support external audits and liaise with auditors and other relevant parties.

Operational Accounting:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including record-keeping and filing.

Ad Hoc Assignments:

Assist with various ad hoc tasks as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

Familiar with AutoCount accounting software and accounting standard are preferred. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Account/related field. Must be able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is preferable. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Knowledge or experience dealing with bank. Able to work independently and willing to learn and accept new responsibilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
