Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions and assist with product information.
Process sales orders and ensure they are completed on time.
Help prepare sales reports and presentations.
Assist in generating new leads and scheduling meetings.
Maintain customer records and update sales data.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
Comfortable using computers (Excel, Word, CRM systems).
Organized and detail-oriented.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Education:
High school diploma required. A degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
