Job Description


PORT MANAGEMENT SERVICES 1. Assist on preparing the proposals and commercial proposal regarding Port Management Services (PMS), PROJECT (bunkering, port management services, logistics, hotel, husbandry etc.) 2. Maintain clients and supplier database. 3. Liaising with customers and suppliers. 4. Provide administration support to the team 5. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team 6. Handling of project relating to the bunkering 7. Ensure PMS projects are procured at a rate that is both attractive to the client and also benefits to the company 8. Responsible to operate as a team player to oversee the implementation of the operation process 9. Ensuring that the purchasing process complies with contractual terms and conditions agreed with client 10. Ensure the timely delivery of services to ensure smooth operation 11. Organize and maintain an efficient requisition, purchase order and reporting system 12. To manage budgetary control and income levels targets are met 13. Support preparation for client meetings such as preparing PowerPoint presentation 14. Provide professional support and customer service to our clients INVOICING 1. Check the notice of invoice with all supporting documents for all companies (AGESB, AGMSB, AVSB, AGMHESB & AGHSB) 2. Assist, update and monitor cash request from all companies 3. Check and verify the invoices received from subcontractors or suppliers related to the PDJT and other projects 4. Manage the compilation of sales report, tracking sales activity from lead inquiry to completion, liaising with the operation team and finance department 5. Liaise with various internal departments and following up on client queries 6. Prepare mailings, proofread documents and answer clients\xe2\x80\x99 calls 7. To assist operation team in providing necessity documentation required 8. To develop good working relationships with all company departments (finance, procurement, operation, etc.) 9. To provide day to day support as required to the team 10. Review of purchase order or document received from client or operation team
