Summary/Objective:

Manage full-cycle payroll for internal staff and outsourcing clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). Validate data, manage reports, filings, disbursements, and reconciliations. Advise clients, maintain strong relationships, and drive process improvements. Support system upgrades, statutory contributions, billing and other tasks assigned to you as per when required.

What We're Looking For:

Prior internship experience in payroll/data entry/finance. Experience in payroll outsourcing or professional services environment is preferred. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Strong knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) and payroll best practices. Capable of performing repetitive tasks with precision and consistency. Proficient in English.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
