Responsibilities:
Liaise with Sales & Marketing and Warehouse teams to assist in planning and coordinating logistics activities.
Manage the company's drivers, attendances, and trucks, including scheduling and workload coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and ensure vehicle upkeep through regular cleanliness and safety checks, fuel usage tracking, and truck condition assessments.
Manage vehicle-related matters such as permits, road tax renewals and PUSPAKOM inspections.
Coordinate with internal department and external partners to resolve any logistics related issues efficiently.
Handle administrative tasks related to logistics, including documentation and reporting
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Oversee and manage the Pallet Project (project-based responsibility)
Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
