What You'll Be Doing

Keep our daily operations running smoothly Arrange and follow up on orders & deliveries Handle some admin, paperwork, and scheduling Help the founders with day-to-day tasks (a bit of PA work) Work closely with the team to solve problems and make things happen Handle inventory management and liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal team members

What We're Looking For

Fresh grads or early-career talent (1-2 years exp. welcome) Positive, proactive, and eager to learn new things Organized, reliable, and not afraid of multitasking Strong communication skills including Mandarin to liaise with our Chinese suppliers Someone who's excited to learn how a startup is built from the ground up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
