Controlling company and project documentation, follow and improve document control procedures and to ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals Producing document progress reports for senior managers Organise and distribute documents within a company Helping in the planning stages of a specific project Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion 2.0 Project Online Reporting System (PORS) monitoring To update and monitor Project Online Reporting System (PORS) and to ensure operation progress is updated on time (weekly basis) Prepare and update report regarding on operational issue 3.0 Quality Control Inspect and record workers\' workmanship and advice on quality improvement. Provides effective communication regarding quality issues with inter-department Complete QA reports & documentations Decide on rework or reject subassemblies or finished works as required Perform inspections of purchased material parts, subassemblies or finished projects according to well defined standards using physical, sample, measurements and other customer specification. Accurately document the result of the inspection and testing Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise Work with production supervisor to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly Liaises with customer/supplier on technical issues. Co-ordinate and verify corrective action on customer complaints within the stipulated timeline Liaise with operations on engineering evaluation and data analysis due to quality issues. Handle and responds on client quality issue Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
