Job Description

:

In charge of order monitoring & planning shipment timetables Shipment Management, liaise closely with suppliers and forwarding agents in relation to shipment arrangement and documentation Managing on export-related documents & permits and insurance if required. Ensure all the issue lodge from customers has been acknowledged, record, follow up & solved within timeline Support to overall issues pertaining to logistics and supply chains. Participate in monthly stock count and ensure accurate inventory reflection in the system Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Department.

Qualification & Experience:

At least a Diploma or equivalent experience. At least 1 year and above of supply chain and logistics experience and management of the manufacturing environment. Possess general knowledge and practical training in shipping and transportation/forwarding management. Experience in truck repairing and maintenance is an added advantage. Possess a good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin or other languages as an added advantage. Good communication skills, independence and problem-solving, proactive and competent in shipping management. Resourceful, cooperative, highly committed and versatile, and hardworking with a can-do-attitude as part of your personal career development. Result-orientated, meticulous, and work with minimum supervision.
