We're looking for a highly creative and detail-driven designer to join our growing team! If you're passionate about fashion, have a strong eye for prints, and love turning ideas into beautiful wearable designs -- we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Design and develop complete fashion collections -- from concept and sketch to final production.
- Create original fashion illustrations, technical drawings, and moodboards.
- Design custom prints, patterns, and surface graphics that align with our brand identity.
- Research current fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, and design techniques.
- Work closely with the production and merchandising team to ensure design feasibility.
- Prepare and maintain accurate tech packs and specifications for production.
- Review and revise designs based on sample outcomes and internal feedback.
- Organize and maintain all design files, CADs, and seasonal archives.

Who We're Looking For:

- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion, illustration, or print design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both fashion collections and original print designs.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Skilled in both hand drawing and digital rendering.
- Solid knowledge of fabric types and garment construction.
- Experience designing for both women's and men's wear.
- Understanding of embroidery, dyeing, and various printing techniques.
- Good time management, communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
- Bonus: Familiar with sustainable and ethical fashion practices.

Nice to Have:

- Familiar with digital & screen printing, embroidery, and other production methods.
- Excellent sense of color, pattern, and textile textures.
- Able to forecast trends and develop collection moodboards independently.
