• At least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy
• Require langue(s): Mandarin, English
• Possess minimum 1 years\' working experience in financial and management reporting
• Able to start working immediately/ in short notice
• Mature, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work as a team member
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to direct, supervise and coach subordinates, multi-task, manage resource usage efficiently and prioritise task for timely completion
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Keep full set of financial accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Manage all aspect of Accounts Receivable and Payable function
• Responsible for handling full set of accounts which includes generating financial reports, processing payable, receivable, journal vouchers, petty cash, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc
• Prepare related accounting reports in a timely manner to meet all regulatory submission requirements
• Maintain good record of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up to date at all times
• Oversee treasure and banking operations as well as handing audit and taxation matters
• Assist in any other task as and when assigned
• According to the received orders and returns, check the payment in the ERP system and make the check sheet;
• Responsible for updating the corresponding information in the SQL system according to the cashier\'s account details;
• Assist colleagues in handling collection and payment\xef\xbc\x9b
• Cooperate with customer service colleagues to check the payment.
