• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments and to vendors.
• Responsible for analysing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and support monthly and quarterly business metrics reporting.
• The position involves assisting with forecasting, budgeting, and projection.
• Contributing to accounting system maintenance and setup, providing initial support to the country\xe2\x80\x99s team
• Aid in the development and creation of reporting templates for the country\xe2\x80\x99s team.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects and conduct ad-hoc analysis for senior management as needed.

• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of accounting/finance experience, with financial analysis experience, is considered a plus.
• A Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated interest in reporting and data analysis tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
• Good business acumen
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills are essential for success in this role.
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask
• Thrives under pressure and solution-oriented
• Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage
• Fluent in English
