Job Description
Location: Sunways:Analysis & Reporting (Accounting)
- Collaborate with divisional teams to provide comprehensive financial analysis on revenue, profitability, pricing, and innovation initiatives, including assessing the impact of incentive programs on overall financial performance and deal profitability.
- Navigate various systems and processes to gather necessary information.
- Conduct proactive analysis of financial variances and prepare reports for the FP&A team to support monthly business reviews with management.
- Review rebate agreements to ensure accurate setup, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Work closely with sales teams to manage rebate accruals and calculate payouts in accordance with contractual terms, delivering timely and accurate rebate reports to internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related area
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in accounting and finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior knowledge in EPM and PowerBI will be an added benefit
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, self-motivated, demonstrated teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
