Job description:

• Undertake mapping and sampling in new project areas and tie in with all other geological data to generate targets.
• Comprehensive review of all available geoscientific information available
• Ensure timely and accurate logging and sampling of all drilling.
• Geological interpretation of drilling information.
• Experience with standard geological database packages, ensure all drilling data collected is accurate and validated before entry into the database.
• Collect, review and present all work results as required
• Produce geological plans, reports, cross sections, long sections and reports as required
• Commitment to safe operating practices and demonstrated duty of care.
• Ensuring our activities are environmentally and socially compliant.
• Making suggestions and technical planning contributions to assist in discovery ore body.
• Monitoring drilling programs.
• Affiliate with consultant work.
• Logging of drill core and cuttings.
• Technical and statutory reporting.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience liaising with drilling contractors and field personnel.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in geology
• 2-5 years of experience in exploration or mine geology work and able to seconded to another project.
• Have a good understanding geology aspect and able to identify in the field.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM7,999.00 per month Benefits:
