Responsibilities: Sendhelper.com is a Singapore-based home services platform owned by the PropertyGuru group. We are committed to delivering high-quality home services to our customers with the help of our talented team and service providers. Responsible for the visual aspects of marketing campaigns, including design, branding, and layout of print and digital materials like social media posts, web banners, advertisements, flyers, vouchers, emailers, and other materials. Building and maintaining user interfaces for Sendhelper website and App. Think innovatively to produce new ideas and concepts for design projects and marketing campaigns within the constraints of time. Create compelling, high quality visual designs and layouts that meet internal clients\' objectives and adheres to company brand guidelines. Meet internal clients to discuss the objectives and creative requirements of the job. Present design drafts to internal clients for review, discuss and perform edits based on feedback. Manage and meet timelines by accurately estimating the time required to complete a request and managing expectations of internal clients. Work with developers and project managers to ensure user experience and design requirements are met adequately. Act as Sendhelper\'s brand champion and custodian for the HIVE initiative by PG XD/Design Standards Team. React to fulfill urgent requests by assessing and re-prioritizing the delivery pipeline. Work with a range of media and keep up to date on emerging design trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web. Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software. Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects. Strong analytical skills.
